SHIPPING POLICY
We currently only offer UK delivery - normally within 5-7 working days from date of order. Business days are Monday through to Friday.
For standard items delivery to the UK is normally within 5-7 working days from date of order. Our vegan suede cushions take 3- 4 weeks. For new commissioned paintings delivery can be anything from 4-6 weeks depending on design requirements and busy periods.
Please try and order well in advance. If you do require something sooner I always try to accommodate these requests so please let me know and I will see what I can do.

Delivery times are only estimated and can vary. Delays from the delivery provider are out of my control. A confirmation email will be sent after placing an order and once your order has been dispatched.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I am confident you will be happy with your purchase, but should you want to return any item bought from Sophie Button Creative, I will gladly offer you an exchange or refund excluding any postage, providing the product is returned in a fully re-saleable condition in the original packaging. Please note bespoke/personalised items cannot be returned once payment has been made.
In the unlikely event of a fault in the goods, please notify me within 48 hours so I can rectify it. Customers are responsible for the payment of any postage incurred for the return of the item, unless returning a faulty item, please note I cannot be responsible for any packages that fail to reach me, therefore I suggest you return your item using a trackable method such as the Royal Mail signed for delivery.
